Senior React & React Native Developer

Role Description Bytech is looking for a highly skilled Senior React & React Native Developer to join our team full-time, on-site in Amman, Jordan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining professional web and mobile applications using React.js and React Native, while taking ownership of assigned features and projects from development through production. The role requires more than converting designs into screens. The candidate should be able to understand complete systems, make solid technical decisions, solve complex problems, review code, suggest better technical solutions, and deliver clean, scalable, maintainable, and production-ready applications. The developer will work on web and mobile projects, including E-Learning, LMS, EdTech, SaaS, ERP, and Project Management systems. Qualifications 5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong production experience in both React.js and React Native.Strong expertise in React.js and hands-on experience with React Native for both iOS and Android.Good experience with Next.js.Strong knowledge of JavaScript ES6+ and TypeScript.Solid experience with REST APIs and backend integrations.Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.Strong understanding of component architecture and writing clean, reusable, and maintainable code.Experience with mobile navigation, permissions, push notifications, local storage, and API integrations.Experience with Android Studio and Xcode.Ability to handle mobile builds, releases, and deployment.Familiarity with publishing applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.Strong experience with Git and GitHub.Good understanding of performance optimization for both web and mobile applications.Strong knowledge of responsive UI development.Experience building applications that support Arabic/English and RTL/LTR layouts.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Ability to review code and follow software development best practices.Experience working on large-scale, multi-module applications.Previous experience with E-Learning, LMS, or EdTech platforms is highly preferred, including online courses, student and teacher dashboards, course enrollment and activation, learning progress tracking, assessments, quizzes, interactive activities, and digital educational content.Experience with SCORM, H5P, or Interactive Content is a strong advantage.Experience with Moodle or similar LMS platforms is highly preferred.Experience developing educational applications for web, tablets, and mobile devices.Experience with Expo and React Native CLI is preferred.Experience with Firebase is preferred.Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.Knowledge of Node.js / NestJS is an advantage.Previous experience with SaaS, ERP, LMS, or Project Management Systems is a plus.Location: Prince Rashid Suburb, Amman, Jordan Employment Type: Full-Time – On-site – Senior Level To Apply: Please send your CV + GitHub Profile + Portfolio / Published Apps to: Services@bytechjo.com
