Python Software Engineer

We are seeking a motivated developer in the Fintech space with 1-4 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate combines a solid understanding of the payments ecosystem with practical Python skills to support integrations, data analysis, operational improvements, and payment-related product initiatives. This role is well suited for someone who has worked with payment providers, acquiring banks, payment gateways, digital wallets, or fintech platforms and wants to deepen their technical and business expertise. Key Responsibilities Work with APIs to integrate payment providers (PSPs) and fintech solutionsAssist in troubleshooting of payment-related issuesAnalyze transaction flows, payments and reconciliation processesCollaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Finance teams on payment initiativesGenerate reports and dashboards using payment and transaction dataContribute to the evaluation and onboarding of new payment methods, providers, and fintech partners Required Qualifications 1-4 years of experience in fintech, payments, or related fieldsExperience working with REST APIs and JSON dataExperience with SQLExperience with Python(Flask or django)Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and business teams Preferred Qualifications Understanding of PCI-DSS, Open Banking, or other payments-related regulationsKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Familiarity with payment fraud prevention and risk management conceptsExposure to ETL processes, data pipelines, or workflow automation Requirements 1-4 years of experience in fintech, payments, or related fieldsExperience working with REST APIs and JSON dataExperience with SQLExperience with Python(Flask or django)Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and business teams
