The role supports workplace services, facilities coordination, suppliers, employee experience, and office processes, working closely with internal teams and external providers. Responsibilities: Workplace Operations Support day-to-day workplace and office operations across assigned locations. Coordinate workplace requests, office supplies, mail, logistics, reception, catering, and employee amenities. Maintain workplace procedures, records, and operational documentation. Identify and suggest improvements to workplace processes and employee experience. Support office projects, events, moves, and operational changes. Facilities & Services Coordinate maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and other workplace services. Liaise with landlords, building management, and service providers. Help ensure offices are safe, compliant, and well maintained. Monitor workplace issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution. Suppliers & Procurement Coordinate with workplace suppliers and monitor service delivery. Support purchasing, invoice processing, and supplier administration. Assist with maintaining supplier records and identifying opportunities to improve service and value. Employee Experience Support a positive and welcoming workplace experience. Respond to employee workplace requests and help resolve issues. Gather feedback and support initiatives that improve the office environment. About You The essentials: Experience in workplace, facilities, office administration, or a similar role. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach. Comfortable working with employees, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Good problem-solving and customer-service skills. Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
