About The Role Want to shape how employees work with AI every day? In this role, you’ll use technology to steer Rai as Reckitt’s governed employee AI and agentic collaboration platform - connecting people, knowledge, workflows and enterprise systems through one trusted experience. Your responsibilities Help build Rai’s roadmap and priorities, balancing adoption, GBS demand and internal platform evolution. Turn demand into reusable Rai platform capabilities. Lead governance for new capabilities: standards, guardrails, access rules, onboarding patterns and quality gates. Coordinate engineering, QA, architecture, cyber security, cloud, and integrations. Oversee L4 support, incidents, monitoring, feedback loops, documentation and continuous improvement. Use the newest and latest technology to speed up the development. The experience we're looking for Experience managing digital platforms, AI product, chatbot platform, integration platform or enterprise application. Good understanding of Azure and M365, ideally Graph, Azure OpenAI, MS Foundry, Entra ID, Azure DevOps. Practical experience of using Microsoft Agents Framework (formerly Symantic Kernel). Practical knowledge of APIs, OAuth, delegated permissions, OBO, managed identity and enterprise access control. Ability to work with engineers, other stream architects, cyber squad teams, and senior stakeholders. Strong platform/product skills: roadmap ownership, prioritization, governance, stakeholder management and value delivery. Pro-active attitude, clear communication style, ownership mindset and comfort with ambiguity in fast-moving AI technology. Background in .NET, C#, Python, TypeScript. Experience with RAG, vector search, knowledge ingestion, AI evaluations, prompt safety or GenAI observability.
