Full Stack Developer

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks, backend microservices development, cloud-native technologies, and DevOps practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver innovative digital solutions that drive business success. Key Responsibilities Frontend Development Develop responsive and high-performance web applications using React.js or Vue.js.Convert UX/UI designs and wireframes into clean, maintainable, and reusable code.Implement and manage state management solutions such as Redux, Vuex, Pinia, or Zustand.Build reusable UI components while maintaining consistent design standards.Optimize applications for performance, scalability, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.Integrate frontend applications with backend services through RESTful APIs.Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and development teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application functionality.Backend Development Design, develop, and maintain RESTful microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.Implement robust business logic, validations, and integrations with external systems.Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of backend services.Apply best practices for logging, monitoring, exception handling, and security.Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Work with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms.Implement security standards including OAuth2, JWT, and TLS.Perform application performance tuning and monitoring.Microservices & Architecture Design and implement scalable microservices-based solutions.Apply architecture principles such as loose coupling, fault tolerance, and service discovery.Implement API versioning, centralized configuration management, and inter-service communication patterns.Enhance system resilience through circuit breakers, retries, and other reliability patterns.Cloud & DevOps Deploy and manage applications in cloud-native environments.Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.Monitor applications using modern logging, metrics, and tracing solutions.Support cloud optimization initiatives, scalability improvements, and operational excellence.Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills 6-10+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.Strong expertise in React.js or Vue.js.Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, and CSS Grid.Experience with frontend state management libraries.Strong experience integrating and consuming REST APIs.Solid programming experience in Java (8/11/17+) and Spring Boot.Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and RESTful services.Experience with SQL databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or YugabyteDB.Exposure to cloud platforms and cloud-native application development.Tools & Technologies Version Control: GitBuild Tools: Maven, GradleContainers & Orchestration: Docker, KubernetesCI/CD: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, BambooMessaging Technologies: Kafka, RabbitMQ (preferred)Preferred Qualifications Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience building large-scale enterprise applications.Knowledge of modern software engineering best practices and design patterns.
