Cloud Platform Engineer A leading global provider of healthcare software solutions is looking for an experienced engineer to join the platform team in Koblenz. This role focuses on enhancing a managed Kubernetes environment to support smarter, technology-driven healthcare services across international markets. What you'll be doing • Manage the operation, stability, and development of a Managed Kubernetes Service. • Develop automated workflows for provisioning and rollouts using GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, and Crossplane. • Collaborate with observability and database teams to support cloud-native application deployments. • Implement updates, security patches, and new product versions to ensure high availability. • Establish platform security standards and policies using tools such as Kyverno. What we're looking for • Extensive experience operating Kubernetes platforms and cloud-native architectures. • A university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical field. • Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code, GitOps patterns, and container technologies like Docker. • Practical knowledge of GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, Crossplane, and security policy engines. • Professional fluency in both German and English for communication within international teams.
