About The Role We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be integral to the development of our production software, particularly in the areas of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Internet of Things (IoT). You will work closely with cross-functional teams comprising frontend, backend, and full-stack developers to create seamless user experiences and robust software solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing user interfaces, contributing to the overall architecture, and collaborating with UX designers to ensure the best possible product usability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex projects that push the boundaries of current technology, with the chance to expand into backend topics and influence product development holistically. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a relevant university degree such as in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Applied Informatics, Media Informatics, or Business Informatics, or hold an equivalent qualification. You should have solid experience in software conception, agile development methodologies, and documentation. Familiarity with the entire development lifecycle, continuous integration, and DevOps practices is essential. Proficiency in web development technologies such as Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript is required, along with a good sense of design for the necessary components. Experience with Nx Build System and Domain-Driven Design is advantageous. Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently are important. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is necessary for effective communication within our international team. Responsibilities Design and implement innovative and complex IT architectures based on client requirements.Provide consulting to clients regarding potential solutions to realize their specific software needs.Take responsibility for software architecture, design, and ongoing optimization efforts.Contribute to and improve our agile development processes to enhance efficiency and quality.Support the technical execution of projects within the context of Industry 4.0, Cloud, and IoT environments.Explore new technologies and topics, continuously expanding your knowledge base.Monitor emerging tools and technologies, and assist in their integration when beneficial to products or development workflows.Collaborate closely with UX designers to develop intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.Work within a Scrum team, actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
