The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle EBS technical development and a proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions that address complex business requirements.The role requires hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS technologies, including skills listed. Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.10 architecture, and system integrations is highly desirable. The candidate should be capable of analyzing requirements, designing technical solutions, developing customizations, and ensuring successful implementation in alignment with business objectives.Key expectation is to communicate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and cross-functional teams. The ability to understand business challenges and translate them into practical, scalable, and sustainable technical solutions is essential.The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent analytical and logical thinking capabilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Experience supporting Oracle Finance modules such as AP, AR, and GL, along with SCM modules including Purchasing and iProcurementOverall, we are seeking a technically strong professional who can independently drive development activities, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and consistently deliver business-focused solutions within committed timelines.
