What You'll Work On Monitoring and supporting mission-critical production trading and platform systemsTroubleshooting and resolving complex application, infrastructure, and performance issuesManaging incidents, root cause analysis, and driving permanent fixesWorking closely with Software Engineers, SREs, Infrastructure, and Product teams to improve platform reliabilityAutomating operational processes and improving observability, monitoring, and alertingSupporting large-scale distributed systems running 24/7 across global environments You'll have direct ownership of production stability and contribute to the continuous improvement of highly scalable, business-critical platforms. You do NOT need to come from a digital assets background; we are happy to consider backgrounds from traditional finance as well. All you need is the willingness to learn!
