DevSecOps Engineer

At IBM Digital Transformation (IBMDT), we are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to support and improve our enterprise software delivery capabilities across cloud and hybrid environments. This role focuses on building and maintaining reliable CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and ensuring secure and consistent application delivery across large-scale systems. What you’ll do Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and deploymentDefine and enforce build and release standards across projectsDevelop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for environment provisioning and managementSupport cloud and hybrid infrastructure used for application deliveryAutomate operational tasks through scripting and toolingIntegrate security and compliance requirements into delivery workflowsImplement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutionsTroubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and performance issuesCollaborate with development teams, vendors, and internal IT teamsMaintain documentation for systems, processes, and operational procedures What we’re looking for Experience in DevOps, system engineering, or infrastructure rolesStrong understanding of CI/CD concepts and workflowsHands-on experience with scripting (e.g., Shell, Python, or similar)Familiarity with cloud platforms and container-based environmentsExperience with automation and configuration management toolsKnowledge of monitoring and incident management practicesStrong collaboration and problem-solving skillsIf you're interested in working on enterprise-scale digital transformation and automation, we’d like to hear from you.
