DevOps Engineer

DevOps Engineer Fully Remote (Must be based in Portugal) €40,000-€55,000 subject to experience Must have full right to work in the EU We are looking for an AWS DevOps Engineer to join a growing technology team, working on cloud infrastructure and deployment processes for a modern, technology-driven business. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1+ years of commercial experience who wants to continue developing their career across AWS, automation and cloud infrastructure. What you’ll be doing • Supporting and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure • Building and improving CI/CD pipelines • Automating infrastructure and deployment processes • Working with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform • Monitoring system performance, reliability and availability • Troubleshooting infrastructure and deployment issues • Working closely with software engineering teams to improve development and release processes • Helping maintain secure, scalable and reliable cloud environments What we’re looking for • 1+ years of commercial DevOps, Cloud or Infrastructure experience • Good hands-on experience with AWS • Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins • Knowledge of Terraform or another Infrastructure as Code tool • Basic scripting experience, ideally Python or Bash • Understanding of Docker and containerisation • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn Nice to have • Experience with services such as EC2, S3, IAM, VPC and CloudWatch • Experience with Kubernetes What's on offer • Fully remote position from Portugal • Opportunity to work with modern AWS cloud technologies • Strong opportunity for career development • Collaborative international engineering environment • Competitive salary and benefits If you're an AWS/DevOps Engineer with 1+ years of experience and are looking for your next opportunity, we'd be keen to hear from you.
