We are looking for a highly capable Full-Stack Software Developer to design, engineer, and optimize Solviva's consumer applications and technical ecosystem. In this role, you will hold end-to-end code ownership stretching from sleek, highly performant web and mobile frontends to relational databases, system integrations, and cloud infrastructure management. Key Responsibilities and Deliverables 1. Frontend & Mobile Engineering Develop responsive, interactive, and component-driven web interfaces using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Build, deploy, and maintain cross-platform mobile application feature sets leveraging React Native.Bridge low-code presentation platforms with customized application paths by extendingand styling interfaces mapped out on Webflow. 2. Backend & Database Architecture Architect, implement, and maintain highly performant server-side services and logic using Python.Manage relational data infrastructure, schemas, indexing, and transactional querying inside PostgreSQL and Supabase.Design secure, version-controlled webservices and REST API structures capable of feeding downstream analytics and internal pipelines. 3. Integrations & Workflow Automation Wire and sustain high-volume programmatic connections utilizing event-driven webhooks across disparate modules.Orchestrate automated data-sharing paths and backend background activities using modern integration systems like n8n.Customize, extend, and integrate operational behaviors with our central Odoo ERP back-office applications. 4. DevOps, Security, & Infrastructure Management Deploy, scale, and monitor cloud-native microservices environments using Render.com and core AWS infrastructure components. Implement performance tuning, reverse-proxy behaviors, SSL controls, and caching optimizations over Cloudflare.Configure environment branches (development, staging, production) to establish predictable deployment routines with low down-time risks.5. Technical Excellence & Technical Documentation Participate actively in sprint ceremonies, providing reliable workload assessments and detailing feature scopes into actionable tasks.Author crisp, standardized technical guides, schema layouts, and API specs for use across the engineering team.Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to software styling rules, and proactively remediate legacy technical debt. Qualifications and Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.Experience: 5–10 years of full-stack developer engineering experience, focusing on modern web frameworks and transactional relational databases.Track Record: Demonstrated background shipping production-ready web and mobilecodebases, with experience supporting live business systems.Direct proficiency with ReactJS and React Native application structures.High coding proficiency using Python and standard JavaScript.Strong analytical database skills with PostgreSQL and real-time backend concepts like Supabase.Familiarity building and managing integrations via webhooks, API configurations, and tools like n8n.Practical exposure configuring cloud web environments across Render.com, AWS, and network optimization tools like Cloudflare. Soft Skills & Competencies Technical Translation: Ability to translate abstract functional needs into efficient, maintainable software architecture.Problem-Solving: Creative mentality for structural design and fixing critical bugs across distributed applications.Communication: Solid interpersonal capacity to speak on architectural constraints with both project managers and business stakeholders.Agility: Capability to ship clean features in iterative loops inside a growing startup ecosystem.Professional experience modifying or writing modules inside an Odoo system environment.Prior experience working inside the renewable energy, utility, or clean-tech sectors.Practical experience working inside an Agile/Scrum product delivery framework.
