About the Role We’re looking for a Software Engineer to help design, build, and optimize our next-generation trading systems. You’ll work side by side with senior developers and traders to enhance exchange connectivity, monitor performance and refine our algorithms for speed, precision, and efficiency. What You’ll Do As part of our fast-scaling, high-impact team, you will: Develop and maintain ultra-low-latency trading systems that operate at speeds beyond standard trading environments.Optimize exchange connectivity and infrastructure to achieve maximum reliability and minimal latency.Design and implement monitoring and analytics frameworks to track trading performance, system health, and uptime across global markets.Continuously refine and improve systems to stay ahead of rapidly evolving market conditions.Push the limits of performance, latency, and integration, helping us maintain a clear technological and executional edge.Contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence, where precision, speed, and reliability define success.
