Job DescriptionSIXT is looking for a Vehicle Service Agent (VSA). The VSA will be responsible for the interior and exterior cleaning of our Rental Fleet. This role also involves the fueling, driving to and from specified locations, and other job-related activities outlined by your Branch Manager. In this role you will be required to work outdoors in all weather conditions. This position offers a starting hourly rate of $21. YOUR ROLES AT SIXT Prepare vehicles for rental by washing exteriors, vacuuming and cleaning interiors, and ensuring each vehicle meets SIXT's appearance and quality standardsPerform thorough vehicle inspections, including checking for damage, warning lights, windshield condition, tire tread and pressure, fluid levels, fuel level, and overall safetyReset vehicle settings to factory defaults, remove prior customer data, verify registration documents, and recover and document lost-and-found itemsFuel, stage, and organize vehicles to maintain fleet availability and support efficient branch operationsIdentify and report maintenance or safety concerns, removing vehicles from service when necessary to ensure customer and employee safetyDeliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers as needed, including transporting customers to and from branch locations when requiredMaintain a clean, organized, and professional branch environment, including workstations, customer areas, restrooms, parking lots, and other interior and exterior spacesDemonstrate reliability through consistent attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment while following all company safety procedures YOUR SKILLS MATTER Education & Experience You must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience in vehicle service or a related field. Experience in car rental, automotive maintenance, or dealership services is preferred Communication Skills You must have strong verbal communication abilities, allowing you to interact effectively with customers, coworkers, and management, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all Attention to Detail You can discreetly check vehicles for any damage, verify fuel levels, and accurately document findings, maintaining the quality and safety of the fleet Licence & Authorization You must be 21 years of age or older, hold a valid Provincial driver's licence with a clean driving record and must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureWork Hours & Conditions You must work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts, and are comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
