Job Description MAJOR FUNCTIONS Responsible for the development, architecture, and implementation of both front-end and back-end development processes, Data analysis, and reporting. The position will require taking conceptions to final product, which requires good organizational skills and attention to detail. Solutions will be deployed on various platforms in an automated, secure, and efficient manner, adopting Agile and DevSecOps practices.The position will bridge the gap between application development and data-driven decision-making, contributing to the success of innovative projects that require both technical and analytical prowess.Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to application development and data analytics.Provide support for production issues and ensure timely problem resolution.Provides assistance/support/training to end users on all applications and troubleshoot application related issues. Essential Functions Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable core business applications, including application servers, associated hardware, endpoints, API’s and databases.Development of Data and CI/CD Pipelines in coordination with Infrastructure and Security.Develop and implement data models to support business intelligence and reporting needs.Address security requirements and potential vulnerabilitiesCreate visually compelling and informative dashboards to communicate complex data trends.Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process.Work with relational databases to store, retrieve, and manipulate data. Optimize database queries and ensure data integrity and security.Integrate data from various sources, ensuring seamless and accurate data flow. Implement data transformation and cleansing processes to maintain data quality.Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed.Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms.Perform design, implementation, and upgrades of information systems to meet business and user needsImplement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.Liaise with external suppliers to secure IT products and services.Conduct regular research on contemporary IT practices, particularly those related to systems administration and management. Recommends subsequent actions. Minimum Professional Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Systems or Electronics & Telecommunication Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the design, development, and end-to-end implementation of business applications.Strong experience in DevSecOps practices and application development using technologies including .NET (Core, MVC, WebForms), C#, React, Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft SQL ServerExperience with JavaScript, Python, and Node.js, along with exposure to MySQL and PostgreSQL databases and familiarity with PHP frameworks such as Laravel and CodeIgniter, will be considered an added advantageExperience working with Microsoft Azure services including PaaS, IaaS, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).Hands-on experience with cloud deployments using Kubernetes, Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps, and Docker containers.Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric data platform, including pipelines, dataflows, and EventhouseFor Mobile Development: Experience developing Hybrid Mobile Applications, preferably with Flutter Job Details Role Level: Mid-Level Work Type: Full-Time Country: United Arab Emirates City: Sharjah Company Website: http://crescentpetroleum.com/ Job Function: Software Development Company Industry/ Sector: Oil and Gas What We Offer About The Company Searching, interviewing and hiring are all part of the professional life.
