Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications to support the bank's operations and customer-facing servicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other IT professionals, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutionsParticipate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture design, coding, testing, and deploymentContinuously research and implement new technologies, frameworks, and best practices to enhance the bank's technology stackProvide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional developmentProactively identify and address technical challenges, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of the bank's applications
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in application development, with a strong background in programming languages, frameworks, and databasesProficient in software design patterns, data structures, and algorithmsHands-on experience in developing and deploying web-based applications, mobile applications, or microservicesFamiliarity with agile software development methodologies and best practicesStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creativelyExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
