Description

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to work on our security and observability product. You’ll work across SDKs, backend systems, event ingestion, and the product itself. This is a high-ownership startup role on a three-person team. We need someone who can understand the bigger picture, operate well in ambiguity, and take responsibility for problems end-to-end. You should have strong technical judgment, product intuition, ideas of your own, and be comfortable experimenting and communicating clearly. What we’re looking for Strong backend experience, ideally with GoExperience building SDKs and developer-facing APIsStrong understanding of distributed systems and high-volume event ingestionExperience with Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ, Redis, or similar systemsExperience with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch, or other large-scale data storesExperience with observability, error tracking, logging, tracing, or APMComfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and debugging production systemsAble to work across the stack, including React/TypeScript when neededExperience in early-stage startups or other high-ownership environmentsSome familiarity with application/product security and good security intuitionIdeally worked on agentic systems, AI security, developer tooling, sandboxing, runtime security, or other interesting work at the intersection of AI and security. Experience with products like Sentry, Datadog, New Relic, Honeycomb, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry, or building SDKs across multiple languages, is a strong plus.
