Backend Software Developer (.NET)

Core Development & Responsibilities Backend Expert: Own and evolve backend services using C# and .NET Core (.NET 6/8+).Data Architecture: Design and optimize schemas in PostgreSQL, including experience or strong interest in Time Series Data (e.g., TimescaleDB).Asynchronous Messaging: Implement and maintain decoupled systems using Message Brokers (generic concepts of queues, topics, and pub/sub).Agile Delivery: Active participation in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, ensuring high-quality delivery and accurate estimations.Collaboration: Use Jira for task management and Git (GitHub/Bitbucket) for robust version control, including code reviews and branch management. Technical Requirements (Mandatory) Language/Framework: Deep proficiency in C# and .NET Core.API Design: Strong experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.Database: Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL (Relational design and performance).Version Control: Advanced Git skills (GitFlow, Rebasing, Conflict resolution).Agile: Previous experience in agile teams and tools (Jira). Technical Competencies (Recommended / Good to Have) DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with GitHub Actions for automated workflows.Infrastructure as Code: Knowledge of Terraform for environment provisioning.Cloud Native: Basic understanding of Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker containerization.Messaging: Experience with any Message Broker (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Service Bus).Observability: Experience monitoring applications (e.g., Application Insights, ELK, or similar).
