In this role, you will take full ownership of our Paid Social campaigns from start to finish, managing everything from technical setup to final execution. You will work within established frameworks but will have the autonomy to make informed decisions that improve our processes and drive performance. Your work will directly impact how we reach and engage our customers across multiple European markets. By collaborating closely with our analytics, creative, and commercial teams, you will help evolve our marketing operations. You will also stay ahead of platform updates and ad tech changes to keep our strategies fresh and effective.How you embrace curiosity daily Manage and optimise Paid Social campaigns with deep focus on Meta as the primary channel, delivering against performance targets including ROAS, CPA, and traffic volume. Design and run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies. Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and create more scalable ways of working. Stay up to date with platform developments and ad tech changes to support ongoing optimisation, including working directly inside Meta Events Manager. Cooperate with Analytics and MarTech teams to ensure tracking and data quality are set up correctly. Translate performance data into clear creative insights and briefs for the design team. How you make your mark Deliver against key performance targets including ROAS, CPA, and traffic volume. Turn complex campaign data into actionable insights that continuously improve campaign structure. Contribute to Paid Social projects and tracking implementations to ensure timely delivery. Recommend and apply more efficient ways of working even when guidelines are not fully defined. Promote a test and learn mindset by sharing knowledge and best practices across the team. Communicate campaign results and recommendations clearly to both technical and non technical colleagues. What you bring to the team 2-4 years of relevant experience in Paid Social advertising, especially Meta within an ecommerce environment Deep hands-on knowledge of Meta campaign management with direct budget ownership, including building and managing feed-based campaigns to drive performance at scale and working directly inside Meta Events Manager. Proven ability to manage projects and campaign operations independently. Demonstrated ability to analyse data and turn it into performance improvements. Strong understanding of performance optimisation, attribution, and data driven decision making. Effective communication and cooperation skills and the ability to influence decisions through insights across both specialist and non-specialist audiences. What sets you apart Experience using tools like Smartly, Looker, or Adobe Analytics. Familiarity with advanced testing methodologies (Meta Conversion Lift studies and/or other incrementality) and campaign measurement approaches.
