Rust Developer

I'm currently looking for a Rust Engineer to build high-performance systems for a leading global hedge fund for their Operations Technology to develop and enhance the trade management systems that power its front-to-back trading operations. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on performance, scalability, and modern distributed systems. Responsibilities: Design and build high-performance, multi-threaded trading systems using RustDevelop and support distributed microservices across mission-critical trading platformsOptimise latency, memory usage, and AWS infrastructure to improve performance and reduce costsTechnologies: Rust and C#/.NET services within a modern cloud-based architecture Requirements: 5+ years of software engineering experience.Strong experience with Rust, Java or C#/.NET and concurrent programmingExperience building distributed systems using REST/gRPC, microservices, Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar messaging technologiesKnowledge of AWS, CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, and modern DevOps practicesMust have previous exposure in financial markets or trading systems. 📍 Location: Singapore If you're passionate about high-performance engineering, distributed systems, and solving complex challenges in financial markets, I'd love to hear from you.
