Web Developer at BairesDev As a Web Developer, you will be a frontend engineer rooted in core web fundamentals like HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript. You will act as a versatile technical expert, capable of mastering any modern framework to build high-quality, accessible, and responsive user interfaces. What You'll Do Design and develop high-performance web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Ensure seamless user experiences by implementing responsive design and prioritizing web accessibility standards. Optimize frontend performance by leveraging a deep understanding of browser internals and networking fundamentals. Build modular and maintainable codebases that can be easily integrated with various frontend frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design mockups into functional, pixel-perfect web interfaces. Troubleshoot and resolve complex cross-browser compatibility issues to maintain a consistent experience across all platforms. What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in Web Development or Frontend Engineering. Deep expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Strong understanding of browser internals and networking fundamentals. Proven experience with responsive design and web accessibility standards. Ability to learn and adapt to various frontend frameworks based on core fundamentals. Advanced proficiency in English.
