What you'll be doing Designing and developing scalable applications and services using Python.Building and maintaining RESTful microservices within a distributed architecture.Developing platforms capable of processing and analysing extremely large datasets.Collaborating closely with engineers and stakeholders to deliver robust, high-quality software.Contributing throughout the full software development lifecycle, from design through to deployment. What they're looking for 2+ years of commercial Python development experience.Experience building or working with RESTful microservices.Strong SQL skills.Experience working with large-scale datasets.Exposure to big data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, or similar.Previous experience within financial services is advantageous but not essential.A strong academic background, ideally with a degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
