In Poland - Warsaw We are looking for a dedicated Junior Website Content Administrator to join our global Web Team and support the development and maintenance of our Drupal-based corporate website. The role combines front-end development, content upload and implementation, CMS maintenance and improvements, and day-to-day website operations. You will work closely with the Website team, Global and Regional Campaigns teams, the broader marketing team, and key business stakeholders to translate content requirements into effective web solutions. The salary for this position ranges from PLN 8 000 to PLN 9 000, depending on the candidate’s relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role. Additional factors such as industry background, technical competencies and interview performance may also influence the final offer. The compensation package at Simon-Kucher CBS consists of a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annual bonus. How You Will Create An Impact Support the development and maintenance of our Drupal-based corporate website as part of the global Web Team.Assist with implementing front-end website components based on Figma designs.Use HTML and CSS to create and adjust website content, including tables, layouts, and other basic front-end elements.Set up new webpages and upload, format, and publish written content, charts, tables, and graphics within the CMS.Edit and update existing webpages in line with business updates or content revisions.Provide first-level technical support to marketing colleagues regarding website and CMS-related questions.Help troubleshoot basic website issues and coordinate more complex topics with developers when needed.Perform regular quality checks (QCs) across the site to identify and fix outdated content, broken links, formatting issues, or design inconsistencies.Ensure consistency in formatting, branding, and tone across all webpages and follow defined accessibility standards.Coordinate with content owners, designers, and developers to resolve web issues and support publishing schedules.Ensure our corporate website remains accurate, current, and aligned with our business needs.Work closely with the broader marketing team to understand content requirements and translate them into simple, web-friendly formats.Support the web development team by organizing content submissions, tracking updates, and managing content publishing timelines and day-to-day CMS maintenance. Your Profile Minimum 1 year of experience in website content administration, web development, or website operations.Basic hands-on experience with Drupal is required.Good basic knowledge of HTML and CSS and an understanding of front-end website structure and accessibility.Ability to work with Figma designs and translate simple design requirements into website components is an advantage.Basic understanding of website usability and accessibility principles.Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.Good problem-solving skills and willingness to support colleagues with basic website and CMS-related issues.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.You are fluent in English on a business level (C1).
