Responsibilities Build and ship full-stack product features from concept through productionDesign scalable backend systems, APIs, and event-driven workflowsDevelop customer-facing applications and internal operational toolsCreate and maintain integrations with third-party platforms and external systemsImprove platform reliability, observability, and system performanceCollaborate directly with customers to understand workflows and solve operational challengesWork across frontend, backend, and infrastructure depending on business prioritiesHelp shape engineering culture, architecture decisions, and product direction in an early-stage environment Qualifications 2–5 years of software engineering experience, preferably in startup environmentsStrong experience with TypeScript and Node.jsFull-stack development experience, including modern frontend frameworks such as ReactExperience working with APIs, asynchronous systems, webhooks, and integrationsStrong understanding of database design and query optimizationAbility to take ownership of projects and execute independentlyComfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environmentsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPassion for building reliable, customer-centric software products Benefits Competitive salary ($160,000 - $220,000) and equity packageHealth insurance coverageOpportunity to work directly with experienced founders and industry leadersHigh ownership and direct impact on company growthCollaborative, fast-moving startup environmentHybrid work environment with strong in-person collaboration opportunities in New York City
