The Expertise and Skills You Bring Full stack software engineering 8 plus years of experience; with a focus in financial services applications is a plusBS/BA Degree or equivalent experience requiredStrong hands-on experience developing and maintaining web applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend)Proficiency with server-side/mid-tier languages, frameworks, libraries, and related technologies: Python, .NET, .NET MVC and Microsoft frameworksMicrosoft ecosystem (Power Platform): Power Apps, Power BI, Power AutomateClient-side language, library, and framework proficiency: React a plus, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, NPM, HTML/CSS, SPFxSolid understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools, including build pipelines, automation, and version controlDemonstrated ability to establish and manage CI/CD pipelines for both traditional applications (React/Python)Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams working on Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and related cloud servicesExperience defining best practices for version control, release management, and DevOps in hybrid environmentsGenrative AI development assistance (copilot or claude)Azure DevOps or GitHub ActionsFamiliarity with broader DevOps practices and deployment automation Nice to Haves: (SQL server, fabric, dataverse)
