Job DescriptionAre you a problem-solver with a passion for creating an amazing workplace experience? We are looking for a hands-on Office Manager to lead operations for our Italian market.
Based in our Milan HQ, you will be the heart of our office culture, ensuring our spaces in Milan, Rome, Turin, Naples, and Palermo are running smoothly.
You will join a dynamic People Team, acting as the go-to person for everything from facility management to planning the legendary Summer and Winter parties.

Office Operations & Administration
Central Administration: Serve as the main point of contact for administrative matters, including managing PEC, processing payments, handling merchandising, and supporting the onboarding of new joiners.Budget Management: Manage office budgets and supply inventory, ensuring timely orders and cost-efficiency.Facilities Management: Coordinate with external vendors for cleaning, catering, and security across all 5 locations.
