We’re Hiring: Senior Java Engineer (Deployment Security)
Irving, TX | Hybrid | 2–3 days/week in office
$130K–$150K base salary

We’re building a new engineering team for a global tier-1 financial institution to launch an exciting deployment security initiative focused on securing deployment pipelines, infrastructure, and internal engineering tooling.
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Java Engineer who loves performance, scalable systems, and making strong architectural decisions — and wants to have a real impact from day one.
What you’ll be doing
Design and build low-latency, high-throughput backend systems using JavaDevelop scalable REST APIs and microservicesWork with Spring Boot, MongoDB, AWS, OpenShift/KubernetesBuild and optimize systems where performance, reliability, and security matterDrive improvements in performance, fault tolerance, and observabilityCollaborate closely with DevOps, Product, and QA teamsContribute to architecture and technical directionMentor engineers and champion engineering best practices
What we’re looking for
10+ years of Java development experienceStrong Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and microservices expertiseExperience building low-latency, high-throughput applicationsStrong experience with MongoDBHands-on experience with OpenShift and/or KubernetesSolid AWS experience (ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, etc.)Strong communication skills and the confidence to make opinionated technical decisions
