What You'll Do
We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Developer with expertise in building enterprise-level applications using Microsoft Dynamics (Customer Service Module) and Power Apps.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated and will have significant experience with the architecture, design, and development of applications on Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform, along with strong communication skills.
The candidate will work on core platform engineering initiatives, including security, resiliency, scalability, observability, product upgrades, and data integrations between Dynamics and on-prem systems as needed.
In addition, the candidate will support business-aligned squads by providing solution design guidance, reviewing code and configurations, building common tools and functions, and automating DevOps at scale.
Work with the Product Owner and stakeholders to understand requirements, perform analysis, and develop project plans.
Collaborate with Security, Identity Management, the Central Power Engineering team, Networking, and Exchange/email teams to maintain a stable and sustainable platform.
Define solution architecture and design.
Build Dynamics functionality iteratively, with full unit and integration testing for each function.
Integrate external systems data using Service Bus, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, and data migration capabilities.
Support AI Builder and Copilot Studio integrations with Dynamics.
Support release deployments and provide post-production support.
Required Skills
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer ServiceExperience with Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and related architecture and design practicesExperience with Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Logic Apps, and Azure Key VaultExperience with Copilot StudioExperience with Github Actions for CI/CD and C#.NETExperience with iterative and agile development practicesStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to exercise mature judgmentExcellent communication skills

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.

Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.
