Role Description The Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain software solutions that support content production, distribution, and digital experiences at 10/10 Group.
Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and optimizing back-end services, integrating third-party APIs, maintaining databases, and ensuring system reliability and scalability.
The role involves collaborating with product, creative, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, writing clean and testable code, and participating in code reviews.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Miami, FL, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, with the ability to design and implement robust, maintainable systems.Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), including experience with at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).Experience in Back-End Web Development, including building APIs, working with databases, and optimizing server-side performance.Familiarity with modern development tools and practices such as version control (Git), automated testing, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and contribute to a creative, fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in media, entertainment, or digital content platforms is a plus, as well as an interest in storytelling and creative technologies.
