FULLSTACK ENGINEER

As a Fullstack Engineer, youʼll be working on our web applications and backend systems that power millions of rides and transactions.
This isnʼt a role where youʼll be micromanaged — weʼre looking for engineers who are self-sufficient, resourceful, and know their craft inside out.
Youʼll collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers, delivering features end-to-end from design to deployment.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using React/Angular, Nodejs, Python, and PostgreSQL.Develop and maintain backend APIs, services, and serverless functions on AWS/GCP.Ensure performance, security, and reliability of both frontend and backend systems.Translate design mockups into responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web interfaces.Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with strong attention to best practices.Collaborate closely with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features.Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks or technical debt.Stay updated on emerging technologies and propose ways to improve our stack and processes.
Qualifications
3–5 years of hands-on experience in fullstack software development.Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with expertise in React (Angular experience is a plus).Strong database design and optimization skills with PostgreSQL (NoSQL familiarity a plus).Hands-on experience with React or React Native on the frontend.Backend experience in Nodejs and/or Python.Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/GCP), serverless functions, and cloud-native architectures.Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, caching, and performance tuning.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Ability to work independently and manage deliverables with minimal supervision.
