They are just as comfortable reviewing pull requests and solving technical problems as they are mentoring engineers and setting technical direction. THE OPPORTUNITY Elevation Capital is building AI-first software products that transform how organizations hire talent and manage field operations. As the AI Software Development Operations Manager, you will lead a small engineering team responsible for two AI-powered products: an AI video interview platform and a field sales platform. Reporting directly to the Product Owner, you will oversee engineering execution while remaining deeply involved in architecture, code reviews, and technical decision making. This is a player-coach role where you will help shape the engineering culture, improve delivery processes, and ensure every release is stable, secure, and scalable.
