Sr. Software Engineer – Java | Oracle | FinTech Location: Stamford, Connecticut, USA Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote Employment: Full-Time / Direct Hire Experience: 5–10+ years Positions: 1 About the OpportunityWe are looking for a Sr. Software Engineer with strong Java development and relational database experience to design, develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance applications supporting the expansion of the brokerage business into new markets. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop applications and services supporting a rapidly growing client base.Build scalable software supporting expansion into new global markets.Optimize and refactor existing applications for improved reliability and performance.Develop clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.Create and maintain technical design and engineering documentation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges.
