Senior Frontend Developer (React / React Native) — Dubai Business Bay, Dubai | On-site | £40k/year Our client is building a next-generation platform, and we're looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to help shape the experience across both web and mobile. You'll work at the intersection of design and engineering, turning thoughtful UI/UX into interfaces that feel fast, intuitive, and genuinely well-crafted. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a small, fast-moving team where your decisions on architecture and interaction design directly shape the product. What you'll do: Build and maintain user-facing features in React (web) and React Native (mobile)Translate designs into pixel-accurate, responsive, accessible interfacesOwn frontend performance, state management, and component architectureWork closely with the UI/UX Designer and backend team to ship end-to-endContribute to technical decisions around tooling, libraries, and frontend best practicesHelp establish reusable component patterns and a consistent design system across web and mobileDebug and optimise for performance across a range of devices and screen sizes What we're looking for: 4+ years building production applications in React and React NativeStrong command of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, state management, and testingSolid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-platform quirksEye for detail and interaction quality — you notice when something is a pixel offComfortable in a fast-moving environment with high ownership and minimal hand-holdingExperience working directly with designers to refine and implement UI from scratch is a plus If you care about craft as much as speed, and want to help build a product from the ground up rather than maintain someone else's legacy code, this is built for you.
