Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to help build and operate scalable, automated infrastructure supporting our development and delivery processes.
In this role, you will work closely with Development, QA, and Security teams to improve platform reliability, automation, and operational efficiency.
You will contribute to infrastructure services, CI/CD processes, container platforms, and integration solutions that support our engineering organization.
Typical Responsibilities
Focus on building and operating scalable, automated infrastructures.Bare-Metal Kubernetes: Architect and maintain production-grade clusters on bare-metal servers for optimal performance and reliability.Container Pipelines: Design multi-stage Docker builds and manage Nexus-backed registries to produce secure, lightweight images.Infrastructure APIs & Automation: Build Python/Groovy services and an interconnection proxy to correlate data from Kubernetes, Nexus, Docker, Git/Gerrit, Jira and Oracle CDB, enabling automated process environments and artifacts.CI/CD & Scripting: Develop reusable Jenkins shared libraries, Groovy scripts and Bash automations to standardize deployments and speed up delivery.Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve complex issues across orchestration, networking and storage layers.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, QA and Security teams to deliver tailored and innovative infrastructure solutions that meet both developer and business needs.
