This role supports both project-based initiatives and ongoing operations, providing technical expertise across server infrastructure, virtualization, storage, cloud, and hybrid environments. The Infrastructure Solutions Engineer works closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure infrastructure solutions aligned with business and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities Design and implement enterprise infrastructure solutions, including server, virtualization, storage, and hybrid environmentsConfigure and deploy infrastructure technologies across on-premises and cloud environmentsSupport infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new deploymentsDesign and implement highly available and resilient infrastructure solutionsEnsure infrastructure solutions align with security, performance, availability, and business requirementsMonitor infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and operational healthTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, including escalationsPerform root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsMaintain system uptime and service reliability in line with operational expectationsImplement and maintain infrastructure security controls, including access controls, system hardening, and security policiesSupport vulnerability remediation, patch management, and infrastructure security initiativesManage and support virtualization platforms, including VMware, Hyper-V, or similar technologiesSupport Windows Server and enterprise infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related technologiesMaintain accurate infrastructure documentation, configurations, and technical diagramsIdentify opportunities to improve infrastructure performance, scalability, reliability, and efficiencyContribute to automation, process improvements, and infrastructure standardization effortsCollaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud, network, security, application, and systems initiativesProvide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders and clientsCommunicate effectively on infrastructure issues, risks, and recommended solutions Skills & Knowledge Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and systems administrationExperience with Windows Server and Microsoft infrastructure technologiesExperience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Microsoft Hyper-VKnowledge of server, storage, backup, and disaster recovery technologiesUnderstanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other core infrastructure servicesKnowledge of cloud and hybrid infrastructure environmentsUnderstanding of infrastructure security principles and best practicesExperience with infrastructure monitoring and diagnostic toolsSolid troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and documentation skills Education & Experience Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field3 to 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems engineering, or a similar roleExperience designing and supporting enterprise infrastructure environmentsExperience with Windows Server and Microsoft infrastructure technologiesExperience with virtualization and hybrid infrastructure environmentsExperience supporting infrastructure migrations, upgrades, and deploymentsExperience with infrastructure security and backup technologiesRelevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, CompTIA, or equivalent) are preferred Compensation and Additional Perks Competitive Compensation based on Skill set and experience can range between $100,000 - $120,000Comprehensive benefits package and time off policiesShort Term Incentive PlanCompany laptop Cellphone & Commuting AllowanceGreat environment & culture!
