Tasks Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions to address logistics industry challenges, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency through AI-driven innovations. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications and robust system architectures. Lead the development and deployment of AI agents aimed at automating repetitive tasks, improving visibility, and optimizing operational margins within logistics workflows. Conduct thorough testing and validation of software applications to ensure high-quality deliverables, while continuously identifying and addressing areas for performance improvement and optimization. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and learning, and contributing to the establishment of best practices within the engineering team. Requirements Mandatory: Proven experience in leading a project that utilized Self-Improving Agentic flows, with a verifiable reference for confirmation. (Candidates without this experience will not be considered) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, preferably within the logistics or technology sectors. Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to address complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
