We help people improve their sleep in a lasting way, with real clinical impact on their quality of life. We are a growing clinic that uses technology as a core enabler to deliver care at scale. Our clients are getting larger, our impact is expanding, and our technical platform plays a critical role in supporting that growth. We currently serve clients across Canada, the United States, and Australia, which means our platform must support multiple regulatory, operational, and scalability requirements across regions. As a small team, we wear multiple hats. You will see multiple stacks and specialties in this role. We are fully aware that we are looking for a “Swiss Army knife” profile. You won’t need to know everything on day one, but you must be curious, adaptable, and comfortable navigating complexity. The Role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (Healthcare) to join our growing technology team as our second developer. You will work closely with our existing developer, product team, QA team, operations, and external AWS partners to help scale and improve our platform as we continue our international expansion. During the first few months, your primary focus will be on platform stability, production support, and client launches. As the platform continues to grow, you will increasingly contribute to new feature development, technical improvements, and product innovation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full stack, collaborating with a small team, and having meaningful influence on technical decisions without carrying the full burden of a lead developer role.
