Description

We are looking for a DevOps Platform Engineer to one of our clients within Banking & Finance. Start date: 2026-12-01 End date: 2027-12-31 Location: Stockholm (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) About the assignment: You will join the Developer Experience area, building and operating platform capabilities that support software development across the organisation. The role is hands-on and involves engineering critical systems with a strong focus on reliability, automation, and standardisation. You will work in a shared responsibility model, including operational duties and on-call support. Core Responsibilities: Build, improve, and operate CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code solutions Maintain and support business-critical platform systems and container-based environments Collaborate with developers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver secure and scalable platform capabilities Participate in on-call rotation and shift-based support activities Profile: Senior-level experience in DevOps and platform engineering Background in banking, finance, or other regulated industries is beneficial Strong focus on automation, reliability, and operational excellence Experience working in shared responsibility and collaborative engineering models Skills & Qualifications: Infrastructure as Code (e.g, Terraform) Server operating systems (Linux and/or Windows) GitHub and modern source control workflows Artifact management (e.g., Artifactory or similar tools) Cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS) Containers and Kubernetes Scripting and automation
