Security In line with security requirements for the concerned missions of this position, the candidate has to hold a European citizenship. Evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process. Furthermore, in view of the nature of the work the company is in, all potential employees will undergo stringent reference and identity checks. Requirements Technical Skills Degree in Software Development (Cyber/IT Security preferred), comparable qualification, or equivalent professional experience.5+ years of experience in software development and architecture.Strong knowledge of Software Architecture, Full-Stack Development, Agile, TDD, CI/CD, REST APIs, OOP, and Containerization.Advanced Python skills, including frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, and Flask, and libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.Strong database experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).Experience with Docker, Docker Compose, Git, and GitLab CI/CD.Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks.Scripting skills in Bash and PowerShell.Experience with Linux and Windows Server administration.Cybersecurity architecture or vulnerability management experience is a plus. Soft Skills Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to quickly understand complex topics, technologies, and projects.Reliable, discreet, and professional.Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.Team player with the ability to work independently.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Very good written and spoken English; German is an advantage. Responsibilities As a Security Software Engineer/Architect, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing software solutions for vulnerability management, reporting, automation, and cybersecurity operations. Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions throughout the full software lifecycle.Drive software architecture and development best practices while mentoring and supporting team members.Collaborate closely with Cyber Security Managers and Team Leads to align solutions with customer and business requirements.Create and maintain design documentation, coding standards, technical documentation, and user procedures.Contribute to the continuous improvement, reliability, and scalability of cybersecurity software tools and services.
