About The Role As a Principal Java Engineer within our Tech Department, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical leadership for GTI's core SaaS platform. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will be responsible for defining the architectural vision, setting engineering standards, and guiding the development teams towards delivering secure, scalable, and resilient solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in Java and distributed systems, capable of translating complex business requirements into robust technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, Operations, DevOps, and QA to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence. While this position does not involve direct line management, mentoring engineers and fostering technical excellence across teams will be a core aspect of your responsibilities. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving performance optimization, security best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to support the company's strategic objectives.
