Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, etc.).Participate in business needs analysis and the definition of technical solutions.Develop and configure Guidewire components while adhering to best practices.Perform integrations with internal and external systems using web services (REST/SOAP).Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and quality assurance activities.Collaborate with functional analysts, architects, and business teams.Ensure technical documentation for developed solutions.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development.Proven experience with the Guidewire platform (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter).Excellent command of Java and the Gosu language.Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, and application integrations.Knowledge of relational databases (SQL).Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Excellent communication skills in French.Assets
Guidewire certifications.Experience in the property and casualty insurance industry.Knowledge of the Guidewire Cloud Platform.Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
