Designs and develops the systemLead development teamsTranslates requirements into designOptimizes software from performance, security and quality points of viewProduces technical documentationEstimates effort and time for developmentSets software development standardsPropose technical solutions for business needs and technical problemsCollects and interprets software metricsManages configuration and releasesContributes to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, deploymentTests solutions and develops testing toolsDocuments developmentsPrototypes solutionsActs as 2nd and 3rd line support WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? The Consultant Must Demonstrate Experience In 6+ years of experienceCertification: At least one advanced software-development certification or an internationally recognized equivalent accepted by the Contracting Authority.Core expertise: Full solution-lifecycle experience; enterprise software development; UML application design; data, business-logic, and UI layers; Scrum; technical leadership; documentation; and problem-solving.Relevant project experience: Software Developer or similar role delivering ICT solutions involving:The Schengen Information System;Biometric or identity capture—NIST fingerprints, MRZ documents, or RFID-enabled documents; andRed Hat OpenShift as the primary platform Will you join us in humanizing technology?
