Job Description Oversee projects, drive deliveries and fully hands-on designing and implementing high-quality technical solutions to handle latency-sensitive trading algorithmsDesign, develop and support front-office trading applications, working closely with business users to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into innovative solutionsApply a broad range of software engineering practices to ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions, focusing on both functional and non-functional needsWork closely with the global team to further develop and innovate the Quoting applications - building observability into our solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issuesShare knowledge and technical expertise, excellent team player with experience leading or mentoring more junior colleagues, contributing regularly to their engineering culture and internal communities Your team In their agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You will be part of a global development team, working closely with the front office to build out and support automated electronic trading applications. Required Profile Experience working in a front office environment, and comfortable facing off to the businessIdeally 8+ years of experience in a similar position or domainFamiliarity with this business domain, and real time trading platforms experienceSufficiently advanced Java expertise as well as the interest in learning new technologies and practicesAn excellent communicator with strong internal client relationship skillsStrong planning skills, well-organized and can work well under pressureDemonstrated the ability to work effectively and potentially juggle several tasks simultaneouslyThe ability to adapt quickly to new challenges, like changes to business requirements on a daily basis Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
