ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a leading international provider of advanced analytics and optimization solutions, with a strong focus on improving business performance through data-driven decision-making is looking for a motivated Front End Developer with skills in Angular to join a dynamic and fast-growing team. 📌Location: Heraklion Crete  📍Work Model: Hybrid (1 day in the office per week) but you have to be based in Crete 🖋 ️Reporting Line: Directly to the Product Team Leader  What you will do: As a Front-End Developer, you will join an international, cross-functional team where collaboration, continuous learning, and improvement are core values. You will contribute to the development of cloud-native solutions hosted on Microsoft Azure, built with C# and Angular. Performance is a key priority, and for this reason, Angular is selected alongside RxJS to deliver reactive, scalable, and maintainable applications. WebSockets are also utilized to enable real-time data updates, ensuring that applications consistently present the most up-to-date information. More specifically you will: Build and maintain Angular front-end features for cloud-native applications Collaborate with backend engineers and product owners in cross-functional squads Work with RxJS and real-time data (e.g. WebSockets) in performance-sensitive scenarios Contribute to code reviews and the continuous improvement of front-end practices Contribute to improving security, performance, and scalability across services Help maintain deployed services and assist in troubleshooting issues Take part in peer learning, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field  2-3 years of working experience with Angular and/or TypeScript, and RxJS Ability to break down and solve moderately complex front-end tasks Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git (or other version control systems) Experience working with REST APIs Experience in agile software development environment, with code reviews, unit testing, continuous integration/deployment  Fluency in both Greek and English  Team spirit and strong communication skills  Problem-solving mindset and good organizational habits  Ability to stay focused under pressure and meet deadlines  Compensation package and Benefits: Competitive compensation package aligned with your skills and experience Company and Personal Performance-based bonus scheme Private health insurance Continuous development and training programs 👥 Recruitment Process: If you’re interested in this role, feel free to apply directly.
