🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Java Backend Engineer (Contact Center) We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Engineer to join our team in Bucharest and work on an AI-enabled, multichannel contact center platform for a top-tier global banking client! 📍 Location: Bucharest, Romania 💼 Domain: Banking / Fintech / Contact Center Systems Key Responsibilities Platform Enhancement: Design and implement backend services, APIs, and integrations for an AI-enabled Genesys contact center platform.Architecture & Infrastructure: Own scalability, high availability, security, and enhance SIP/VoIP and routing architectures.Engineering Excellence: Drive CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, stable deployments, and provide L3 support for critical incidents.Technical Leadership: Take end-to-end ownership of implementations and contribute actively to architecture boards and tech decisions. What We’re Looking For Backend Mastery: Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.Contact Center Expertise: Hands-on experience with contact center platforms (preferably Genesys) alongside SIP, VoIP, and routing.Integration & Databases: Proven skills in API design, system integration, and Oracle databases.System & Security Basics: Unix/Linux, Apache/Tomcat, network security (TLS, encryption), and DevOps practices.Nice to have: Cloud experience (GCP), AI-enabled cloud contact centers, or experience in regulated banking environments. 📩 Interested or know a great fit?
