Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Design and implement agentic architecture, tools, and features that enable scalable, low-latency data access and analysis to ground Coach responses in users’ longitudinal health, biometric, and fitness data.Write production-grade code and evals to enable secure data retrieval layers and investigative tools.Identify product gaps and suggest feature enhancements that drive user value, while proposing architectural code improvements for long-term scalability and maintainability.Work with Product Managers, UX Designers, and frontend engineers to refine the user experience and resolve cross-functional technical issues.Mentor junior engineers, and conduct design and code reviews to maintain engineering standards within the team.
