Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or a similar field;At least 5 years of experience in backend development;Solid experience in Python;Knowledge of distributed systems;Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL;Experience in cloud environments;Experience in the FinTech sector (valued);Knowledge of KYC, AML, fraud prevention or compliance (valued);Experience in developing large-scale data pipelines (nice to have);Strong analytical skills, a sense of responsibility and a results-oriented approach;Good communication and teamwork skills;Fluency in English. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain end-to-end backend systems, ensuring their reliability and scalability;Design and implement client-oriented REST APIs;Develop secure and resilient pipelines for data ingestion and processing;Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in defining and evolving the architecture of solutions;Ensure the quality, security and performance of the applications developed;Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices and processes.
