About The Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Backend Engineer to join Riot’s product team, focusing on enhancing our Awareness platform. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and deploying new features that serve millions of learners and thousands of administrators globally. Your responsibilities will include designing robust backend systems, organizing and maintaining the codebase, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to prototype and implement innovative solutions to complex problems. As part of our engineering team, you will work in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes AI-driven workflows, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools such as Claude and Codex daily. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of cybersecurity training by building scalable, reliable, and user-centric features that make a tangible difference in how organizations foster a cybersecurity-aware culture.
