About the business
Innova Search are exclusively partnering with a well-established Australian technology business with a large-scale digital product used by a broad customer base.
This is a mid-level engineering role, so you’ll need 2–4 years’ commercial experience and be Brisbane or Sydney based with full working rights in Australia.

Full software lifecycle: Develop, test and maintain high-quality software across a mature digital product.Engineering delivery: Contribute across software design, development, testing, integration and release.Quality & reliability: Apply secure, scalable and maintainable engineering practices across the platform.Continuous improvement: Contribute to improving systems, processes and engineering practices rather than simply maintaining the status quo.Cross-functional delivery: Work closely with engineering, product, quality and business stakeholders to solve problems and deliver outcomes.Team contribution: Participate in Scrum ceremonies, peer reviews, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
2–4 years’ commercial experience in a fullstack engineering roleStrong experience with C#, Angular or similar technologiesGood understanding of software development lifecycle, version control and testing practicesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teamsExperience contributing across design, development, testing, integration and releaseExposure to Agile and/or DevOps delivery practicesExperience or interest in Agentic AI developmentExperience working in regulated environment would be beneficialA willingness to learn, adapt and continue developing your technical skillsA relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
