As part of our international development, we are looking for a back-end software developer for our new office in Lisbon. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES At Bedrock, we're looking for a DevOps Engineer to bridge the gap between our developer and Ops teams. In this role, you will implement and share best practices and tools across teams, supporting them in migrating, deploying, and scaling projects to the Cloud. You will participate in the design and evolution of our streaming platform, ensuring high-performance, stable, resilient, and maintainable technical solutions. As a DevOps Engineer, you'll be: Supporting and training teams in tools and modern working methodologies (Cloud Architecture, Infrastructure as Code, 12-Factor App methodology, etc.).Raising awareness among development teams regarding their infrastructure's resilience, scalability, security, and cost optimization.Maintaining and contributing to the continuous improvement of existing services, deployment pipelines, and processes.Designing and developing solutions that meet the functional and technical requirements of Customer, Product, and/or Technical projects.Participating in significant technical choices, while being a driving force behind innovative proposals to improve platform and project performance.Keeping a technology watch to proactively identify new tools and approaches to solve day-to-day challenges. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR At least 3 years of professional experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role.A self-starter who is highly autonomous, capable of taking ownership of projects, and driving them to completion with minimal supervision.Expertise in Cloud environments (ideally AWS) and hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).Solid understanding of software development practices and architectural patterns (e.g., CQRS, DDD, Microservices).At Bedrock, we embrace the future of tech.
